Policies
Appointments require a non refundable deposit of $100. The deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo. If the tattoo requires multiple sessions the deposit will come off of the last appointment.
To reschedule an appointment a 48 hour notice is required. Failure to give notice will require a new deposit to reschedule.
Cancellations and no shows result in the forfeit of deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Appointments will be approved to be rescheduled only once without the forfeit of deposit. Rescheduling for a second time will require another deposit.
Clark's hourly rate is $200 with a minimum of a one hour appointment.
Please be mindful regarding appointment times and Clark’s time and do not arrive late. Traffic, weather and parking need to be taken into account.
You must be 18 years or older with a valid state or government issued photo ID to be tattooed.
You cannot get tattooed if you are pregnant.
